Lourdyes provides clinical support and utilizes Person-Centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. She has worked with both children and adults who have suffered different emotional/physical and sexual trauma. She has worked with clients that have anxiety and/or depression symptoms. She helps her clients focus on achieving their goals and building up their confidence.

Michelle Fuentes, LCSW is a dedicated psychotherapist that began her clinical career attaining her social work degree from Lehman college. Michelle has successfully completed EMDR training and is specialized to work with trauma survivors. Michelle enjoys working with Spanish Speaking clients and also utilizes Christian Counseling when it is appropriate or upon request. She is SIFI certified and supervises a team of msw/lmsw therapists.

Denisse Puello joined the Footprints Team as a Hiring Manager in May of 2022. She is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and maintaining all employees of Footprints. She works to hire our Interns, Limited Permit Holders, and fully-licensed clinicians. Denisse guides our employees through the onboarding process as smoothly as possible. She ensures that our employees are allies of the LGBTQIA+ community, and believe in the Footprints mission statement.

Carl Jordan joined the Footprints Team in February of 2022 as a Medical Billing Specialist. He is responsible for making sure that all claims and copayments get properly processed. Any billings errors that may happen along the way will be resolved by Carl and he will do his best to ensure that it is all handled smoothly in order to avoid giving clients any difficulties with their services.

Albert Iglesias
Albert joined the Footprints Team in April of 2021 as the Primary Medical Biller. He is responsible for making sure that all claims and copayments get properly processed. Any billings errors that may happen along the way will be resolved by Albert and he will do his best to ensure that it is all handled smoothly in order to avoid giving clients any difficulties with their services. Moreover, Albert is fluent in Spanish, and is ready to assist clients with any concerns they have in regards to billing.

Jovana Russell
Jovana Russell joined the Footprints Team in August of 2022 as the Human Resources Director. She is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the practice. She is the main point of contact for our interns, and provides them with the resources they need to successfully compete their internship. Jovana's warmth, compassionate, and welcoming energy makes clients comfortable speaking with her to resolve any questions/concerns they may have. She believes in the Footprints mission statement and strives everyday to give our clients the help they are looking for.

Intake Coordinator
Crystal-Irene Brito
Crystal Brito joined the Footprints Team in March 2022 as Administration Support. She supports the Intake Department on a daily basis ensuring all tasks are completed by the end of day. If anyone in our Main Office staff is out, Crystal will fill those shoes to ensure all clients are taken care of appropriately.

Elizabeth Gonzalez
Elizabeth joined the Footprints Team in August of 2022 as the Intake Director. She is responsible for client intake, registrations, and referrals. Elizabeth manages a team of intake coordinators and they work together to make the onboarding process seamless. The Intake team supports the therapists by providing case load management. They are ready to assist clients with any questions or concerns before starting the treatment process.

Jakiema Stevens
Jakiema joined the Footprints Team in September 2022 as our Marketing Specialist. She assists in promoting the services that Footprints provides to the New York, New Jersey, and Florida communities. She works on our social media and creates enthusiastic and motivating mental health content. She works to showcase our variety of clinicians and excellent customer service abilities. Jakiema is creative and skillful in multiple platforms in media and marketing management, and brings in experience from her own personal clothing business.

Executive Assistant
Frayri Garcia
Frayri joined the Footprints Team in January 2023 as our Executive Assistant. She provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. She assists in organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders. Frayri manages the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Human Resources Assistant
Roosevelt Shaw
Roosevelt joined the Footprints team January of 2023 as our Human Resources Assistant. He assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. He provides clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. Roosevelt processes documentation and prepares reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.) Roosevelt also deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

Erik joined the Footprints team January of 2023 as our Medical Billing Specialist. He assists with preparing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies. He ensures all patients medical information is accurate and up to date. Erik follows up on missed payments and resolves financial discrepancies.

Alicia joined the Footprints Team in February 2023 as our Intake Coordinator. Alicia gathers information by about the patient and creates patient records. She works with a team of coordinators and ensures that every client receives the care they need.
