I'm fully invested in understanding your life journey while helping you discover your true potential and obtaining that “breath of fresh air” that you may be seeking.

I believe that as a Mental Health Counselor it is my responsibility to ensure quality service to each and every individual that I work with. I will develop a treatment plan that caters to each individual to achieve the goals that will lead them to a mentally healthier lifestyle. This includes developing healthy coping skills and mechanisms that will allow them to take on the world without taking on any burdens that come with it. In order to achieve these goals, this counselor will be specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Lastly, I will provide an environment that the client will feel comfortable and secure in. I strive to develop a healthy counselor-client relationship by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and support.
